Centage Corporation Acquires Budget Maestro Brand
New vision for leading budgeting software provider
FRAMINGHAM, Mass., - May 15, 2002 - Centage Corporation, a leading provider of turnkey solutions for financial management, has acquired the Budget Maestro brand from Planet Software to enhance its ability to meet the needs of business customers. As part of the acquisition, Centage has agreed to support previous versions of Budget Maestro for one year.
Following the acquisition, a new management team is in place to focus the technological and business resources of the company toward expanding on its strength in budgeting, forecasting and reporting to other areas of financial management.
