Tightly integrated with Budget Maestro, the Inventory Management module gives you the ability to accurately project inventory requirements and trace the impact of inventory costs on your Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements. This feature can be used for both product and service types. All forecasted increases/decreases in costs can be easily applied to determine the impact on your bottom line and cash resources.

With Budget Maestro, you will be able to:

  • Forecast your inventory based on turnover days
  • Establish minimum inventory re-order levels
  • Establish the maximum inventory level remaining after the projected sales and inventory lead-time is considered
  • Track and order inventory for cost components, single element and single element with components revenue sources
  • Calculate the required amount of inventory, for each period, based upon your specific requirements
  • Accurately reflect your inventory on financial statements. This module automatically provides the necessary adjustments to the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow providing the financial team a true financial position of the organization on-the-fly (at any time).
When used in conjunction with Budget Maestro’s Manufacturing (Component Costing) module, Budget Maestro becomes a powerful tool to forecast detailed revenue and expense items related to a finished good or service.
