This workshop is designed for faithful Budget Maestro users and brand new Budget Maestro users who want to implement the next Generation of Budget Maestro. This workshop provides a complete hands-on knowledge of structuring and working in Budget Maestro to prepare a budget.
Attendees should come prepared with a licensed copy of Budget Maestro on a laptop and full trial balances and structure from their General Ledger as well as working copies of their existing budget.
Day 1: Structure, Data Wizard, & Operating Expenses
Day 2: Revenue Budget
Day 3: Personnel Budget, Ending Balances, Actuals, Fixed Assets & Liabilities
Day 4: Reporting, Reforecasting, which mixes actuals and planning data for robust What-if-Analysis, Security & Data Maintenance
