Centage Corporation Announces David Mahoney to serve on Advisory Board

Natick, Mass., May 28, 2009 – Centage Corporation, a leading provider of integratedbudgeting, forecasting and financial reporting solutions for small to mid-market organizations today announced that David Mahoney has joined Centage's advisory board.Mr. Mahoney, a Management Consultant and Private Investor, has a long history of leadership in the software analytics industry. He was most recently the CEO of Applix, a provider of business performance management and business intelligence software. In March of 2003 Mr. Mahoney became President and CEO of Applix Inc. where he had been a board member since 1991. Applix was acquired by Cognos Inc. in October 2007 for $350M representing a 20 times increase in market value in less than five years.
