Mike specializes in leveraging innovative strategies to enhance client engagement, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall sales performance.  Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated a talent for building and leading high-performing teams. His leadership has played a key role in successful company exits, including Rackspace, Keen.io, Chargify, and Worldpay.Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, five children, and their chocolate lab. Sports play a big role in the Martinez family and when not at work, they are likely at the practice field/gym, or enjoying watching a game

Paul serves as COO and Venture Partner at Scaleworks and Chairman of Import.io. Paul was formerly CEO of Assembla exiting the business to Idera in September 2018 and thereafter overseeing the merger of Chargify with SaaSOptics as a larger Battery Ventures investment. Most recently Paul was CEO Import.io. Although originally from Dublin, Ireland, Paul now lives in San Antonio and is married with three young children.

Zak has a dynamic background that includes recruiting, sales, and analytics from a spectrum of companies that range from 50 to 1,000+ employees. This unique background has equipped Zak to understand the strategies used by GTM teams to scale revenue at various stages of growth.

Prior to Centage, Zak was at Spring Health, a mental health organization that is currently valued at $2.5B. Zak was instrumental in enhancing corporate reporting for C-Suite, which included a deep analysis of how GTM teams impact revenue.

Zak also worked at Searchspring, where he laid the foundation for corporate reporting, which was heavily used to influence C-Suite decision making that paved the path towards a successful exit.

While Zak is not playing around in Excel, he can be found trying new hobbies that allow him to be creative. The list includes ceramics, glass blowing, wood working, and 3D printing.

Prior to Centage, Kate held leadership and consulting roles in buy-side investment management, working with State Street, Invesco and Bank of America.

Kate enjoys spending time at the beach with her family in Newport, RI during the summer and chauffeuring her son, a lacrosse goalie, golfer and basketball player to wherever he needs to be the rest of the year.
