Centage Appoints CS Leader Désirée Norquist as Head of Customer Advocacy
San Antonio, TX — August 4, 2025 — Centage, the leading provider of modern FP&A software solutions, today announced the appointment of Désirée Norquist as Head of Customer Advocacy. A long-time Centage team member and customer success leader, Norquist returns to the company to champion a customer-first mindset across the organization.
Norquist brings over a decade of experience in financial planning and customer success, including nearly a decade with Centage. She originally joined the company in 2015 as a Financial Advisor and quickly rose through the ranks—becoming Centage’s first Director of Customer Success in 2019. Most recently, she led a new Customer Success function in the education sector, where she built the team from the ground up and implemented scalable, engagement-driven strategies.
In her new role, Norquist will focus on elevating the voice of the customer within Centage, ensuring that product development, service delivery, and go-to-market strategies reflect the needs and priorities of the finance leaders Centage serves.
“Désirée has deep empathy for our customers, strong operational instincts, and a proven ability to turn feedback into action,” said Paul Lynch, CEO of Centage. “She understands our users—because she’s helped hundreds of them solve complex planning challenges firsthand. We’re thrilled to have her back leading our customer advocacy efforts.”
“I’m excited to return to a company and community I care deeply about,” said Norquist. “Centage is evolving rapidly, and so are the needs of modern FP&A teams. I look forward to helping us stay tightly aligned with our customers as we continue to scale.”
Norquist will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
